It’s an absolute honor to work with the sacred human vessel, to be of witness of the brilliant human design — the body and mind’s ability to heal. It is my goal to help people ‘return to remembrance’ - to help those who are willing, to remember their body’s innate wisdom to heal and to come into harmony with one’s spirit and soul purpose.

I was taught the gift of massage and energy work with a focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine and philosophy at the Crestone Healing Arts Center. It was such a blessing to attend this fully immersive training program. I deepened my knowledge on the interconnectedness of our physical and emotional body and how we can support them in unison. I studied qi gong, kundalini yoga, meditation, acupressure, shiatsu, reflexology, Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stone massage, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, prenatal/postnatal massage, and passive stretching.

With my understanding of our bodies meridians and the importance of our flow of chi and blood, I use these teachings in my work to help bring any imbalances in the body into harmony by addressing any weaknesses in the meridians. Most sessions I offer an intuitive blend of integrated massage including those meridian balancing techniques, Swedish, hot stone, reflexology, and energy work. All curated for your unique and individual needs during that present moment.

The ultimate goal is to provide a safe space for you to let go of any resistance, to sink deeply into a restorative state, to tune into your body and your breath, and lastly to welcome trust into your body’s intelligence to heal itself and to leave the session fully embodied.
